Welcome to Crowborough & Villages Scarecrow Trail 2020. You can download, link or view the trail maps by clicking on the links below. Please note that the downloads
are a few pages long and you will need to print at home.
This event has been organised with zero budget and I honestly thought we would get 10-15 scarecrows, but we have over 110 scarecrows taking part (WOW!). If you are following the trail by car it takes a 2-3 hours in one go. I have added notes to the google trail map that will help you along the way.
My scarecrow has not lasted two weeks?
If your scarecrow goes rogue or doesn't last the rains expected, please let me know so I can update the Facebook group & map so that people know your scarecrow might not be on display.
What shall we do after the trail has finished?
Recycle & reuse! Please recycle what you can & possibly keep some elements for next year. We will be doing it again next year so put a note in your diary..
Thoughts & suggestions
I honestly thought we would get only 10-15 scarecrows, so over 100+ has blown my mind! I'm not going to lie, but most of how this was going to work, the web content & process has all been organised very last minute. I now have 6 months to work out what can be improved & how I/we can make it better for 2021. If you have any thoughts/suggestions then please let me know. I welcome all feedback. firstname.lastname@example.org
Lastly a BIG thank you for taking part, either for making or enjoying the trail. We are a very creative community & it's great that we can come together for projects like this. Please do keep in contact as there is lots planned for 2021.
