Penshurst Place Broomstick Flying School

Did you know that Penshurst Place is used by the local witches as a flying test course? Apparently, the walled gardens provide some of the best challenges for fledgling magical flyers!

This year, they’ve heard from flying instructor, Madame Flyleada, that the 2020 class have been the worst to date! Wander the grounds this Halloween and you’re likely to find a few of her students stuck in trees, or evidence of their crash landings! Will you be able to find them all and complete their flying reports?

You do not need a special ticket to enjoy the Garden Trail or Wicked Witch of the Wild Wood Storytelling. A standard gardens admissions ticket that is bookable via their online booking site will include access to the events that are available on that given date.

The Wicked Witch of the Wild Wood

The Wicked Witch of the Wild Wood storytelling! Though the storytelling will be going ahead, they are currently re-evaluating the traditional set up to ensure it is as safe as possible for our visitors. Please check their website to see how the event has changed and how you can help them.
